Ticket Sales/Shipping/Refund Policy

• REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ONLY FOR CANCELLED OR POSTPONED EVENTS
• For tickets purchased in person at a ticket outlet, you will receive your tickets when you purchase them. Refunds can be received only from that same outlet with your tickets in hand.
• For tickets purchased online from our website, you will receive your tickets within 2 weeks of purchase if the event is less than 8 weeks in the future, in which case we will hold your tickets until 6 weeks prior to the event. Refunds will be auto-issued for cancelled events, should you have any questions regarding a charge or refund you should email us at: a2zPresents@a2zPresents.com.

Changes to the Use of Information
From time to time, we may use consumer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our Privacy Policy. If our information practices change, we will post the policy changes to this page to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
